Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans that enhance patient care, promote positive behavioral outcomes, and improve the quality of life for individuals with complex needs. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fulton, MO .
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Train and support staff in behavior management techniques and data collection procedures.
Collaborate effectively with psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other treatment team members.
Analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, psychiatric conditions, or challenging behaviors preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
