The Ford Store Morgan Hill is looking for a Lot Attendant/Porter who is energetic, reliable, and ready to support our busy service team. You will help keep our lot organized, vehicles clean, and customers moving while playing a vital role in delivering a top-tier service experience. Benefits * Competitive Pay: $20 per hour * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * State of the Art Facilities * Employee Discounts * Great Culture * Training Opportunities Lot Attendant/Porter Key Responsibilities * Move vehicles to and from service areas and parking lots * Install protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats) and service tags in incoming vehicles * Refuel and top off fluids (gas, oil, water) as needed * Wash and detail vehicles * Maintain cleanliness of lot, service drive, sidewalks, and work spaces * Transport customers to and from their homes as needed * Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational sessions * Complete all required documentation in compliance with company standards and regulations * Follow all safety rules and guidelines * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * High school diploma or GED preferred * Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record * Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles * Skilled at maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces * Professional, reliable, and self-directed * Strong communication and customer service skills * Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations * Basic computer and internet literacy * Previous experience in a similar role is a plus About Us The Ford Store Morgan Hill is one of the Bay Area’s premier family-owned and operated Ford dealerships.
