Role: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Windsor, CT or Atlanta, GA

Contract

Exp. Required 10+ Years

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive, component-driven UIs using Angular and React.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Integrate with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and connect to third-party APIs and services.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through best practices and tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 8 years of experience in full stack development with Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
• Proven ability to integrate third-party APIs and services using secure and scalable methods.
• Certifications in Java, Spring, cloud platforms, DevOps, or security (e.g., Oracle Java Developer, AWS Developer Associate, CKA, CSSLP) are a plus.

Technical Skills

• Backend Development: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Frontend Development: Skilled in Angular and React, including component-based architecture and state management.
• Database Integration: Experienced with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), using ORM tools like JPA and Spring Data JPA.
• API Integration: Capable of integrating third-party REST/SOAP APIs, handling JSON/XML formats, and securing communication using OAuth2, JWT, and
• CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools like Helm and Terraform.
• Security Practices: Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, input validation, rate limiting, and secrets management using tools like AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault.
• Tooling & Monitoring: Familiar with Postman, Swagger, Feign clients, and monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
