We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who brings more than just great content creation - You’ll be a key part of our marketing engine, responsible for driving strategy, engagement, brand growth, and lead generation through social media channels.
This is not a content scheduler role. As our Social Media Strategist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies that align with our business goals - From growing our audience and engagement to driving qualified leads and increasing listing exposure.
You’ll lead social efforts from strategy through execution and analysis, helping us stand out in the competitive Vancouver real estate market.

• FULL TIME hours - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - With occasional evening and weekend work as needed
Responsibilities:
• Build and lead the social media marketing strategy for the company’s brand and listings across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Define and track measurable goals such as follower growth, engagement rate, web traffic, and qualified lead generation
• Create and manage a dynamic content calendar that balances brand storytelling, market insights, listings, client testimonials, and community content
• Collaborate with agents, photographers, and videographers to produce content that aligns with marketing goals and audience interests
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to drive reach, traffic, and conversions
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market
• Respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement in a timely, brand-aligned manner
• Act as a strategic marketing partner - Working with leadership to align social media efforts with overall business goals
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in a social media strategy, digital marketing, or content marketing role (real estate or lifestyle/brand industry preferred)
• Proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement and leads through social media
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, and audio/visual storytelling
• Experience with analytics platforms and paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Creative, analytical, and highly organized
• Bonus: Experience with email marketing, SEO, or brand partnerships
