What You'll Do: 

• Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being for memory care residents
• Support residents in participating in meaningful programs that enhance their quality of life
• Foster a sense of purpose and belonging through creativity, compassion, and presence
• Assist with documenting participation and feedback to support ongoing program improvements
• Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment

What You'll Need: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in a continuum care setting, including 1+ year in activities or life enrichment
• Indiana State approved Activity Director training required (completed or willing to complete within a required timeframe after hire)
• NCCAP Activity Director Certification (ADC) preferred
• Ability to maintain certification, including continuing education requirements
