Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and attract top talent for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production operators, engineers, technicians, quality assurance).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer extension for manufacturing positions.
• Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job specifications, and team culture.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future critical manufacturing roles.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and strategies, including ATS, job boards, and industry-specific networks, to identify candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and manufacturing industry standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles (e.g., engineers, production, quality, skilled trades), and technical skill sets.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (e.g., lean, GMP, Six Sigma).
• Experience recruiting for specific skilled trades (e.g., CNC machinists, welders) or engineering disciplines within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in local manufacturing workforces.
• Understanding of relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) or quality standards in a production environment.
