Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel within residential areas to initiate conversations with homeowners.
• Set a quantity of quality appointments for sales representatives to present our products.
• Distribute marketing materials to households and local businesses.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our products, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collect feedback and data from consumers and report to the management team.
• Persistently pursue leads generated by other marketing efforts, such as events and promotions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to positively represent the J.B. Solutions brand.
• Manage daily reporting on leads, appointments, and demographic information gained during canvassing.
• Work closely with the sales team to refine pitching strategies based on direct consumer feedback.
• Adapt communication and tactics based on insights and trends noticed while interacting with different demographics.
• Comply with all company and regulatory policies while carrying out job duties.
• Stay updated on product changes, company news, and canvassing best practices to ensure accurate and effective information sharing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or related field is advantageous.
• Motivated and energetic with a desire to achieve outstanding results.
• Enthusiasm is a must; the role demands enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
• A positive attitude and ability to withstand various weather conditions; the role often involves working outdoors in varying climates.
